      • Yes. When you get to the ‘Checkout’ stage in your order, any saved addresses will automatically be assigned to your order. You can choose to add a new address and change the default address by clicking 'Add a new address'.

      • No. All orders have to be placed through your online account, but our Customer Service team are always close by to help you make an order.

      • Yes. Simply click on 'My Cart' at the top of the home page and you can see the products you have added for purchase.

        Need to reserve favorite items, change the number of items in the package, press - or + to change automatically, or set the number of items in the package. The maximum number of items is 100. If you want to completely remove an item from your bag, press the x button next to the item and your bag will automatically update.

        To stock-up on your favourite items, press and press the – button if you want to remove any items. If you want to remove an item from your bag entirely, then press the x button next to that item and your bag will update automatically.

      • Shopping and placing an order with fanmshop that get much easier! To begin, log-in to your account and begin browsing our product.

        When you find the product you need, just click "Quick Purchase" or "Add to Shopping Bag" and select the product and set the purchase quantity to continue, fill in the delivery address and invoice address and select payment to continue the settlement operation.

        To ensure a smooth transaction, any addresses or payment options saved to your account will automatically display in the checkout. If you do not have your details saved, then you will need to enter the details manually.

        After you’ve completed these steps, check everything is correct and you can start to get excited for your new purchase. We will also send you an email to let you know your order has started it’s journey to you!
