  • At Fanmshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make from our store. If for any reason you are not completely happy with an item you have purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Items returned to the manufacturer cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    There are a few exceptions to our returns policy:

    Gift cards or voucher codes cannot be returned or refunded, except when required by law.

    Digital downloads such as ebooks or software programs cannot be returned once sent to the customer.

    Personal care items such as electric shavers, epilators, or hair clippers cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, unless they are faulty.

    Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.

    To initiate a return, please contact us at [insert customer service email]. Let us know which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your item(s) to us, including the address to mail your return.

    Once we have received and inspected your item(s), we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item(s) and immediately notify you on the status of your refund. We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving your item(s). Delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

    Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification email. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your item(s). Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.


    Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

    Damaged/Defective Items

    If you received your order damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can address the issue as quickly as possible. Let us know the specific damage or defect and include photos if possible. We may request that you complete a return first so that we can inspect the item(s) ourselves before providing a replacement or refund. If returning a damaged/defective item, please use the return label provided in your original shipment.

    Refunds

    Once your returned item has been received and inspected by us, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and immediately notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving your item(s). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

    If you paid with a gift card or store credit, refunds will be issued to that same gift card or store credit account.

    If there is an error in the item(s) sent to you, or if the item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team for assistance. You may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

    Exchanges

    At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, color, or size, please return the original item for a refund following the steps outlined above and place a new order.

    Sale Items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Gifts

    If the item was purchased as a gift, you may receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return to be used for future purchases. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the gift recipient returns an item, a merchandise credit will be issued in the original purchaser's name.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    If your shipment appears to have been lost or stolen in transit, please contact us right away so we can investigate and request a refund or replacement for you. We will require time to conduct an investigation including tracing the shipment and reviewing records before we can approve a refund or reship the order.

    Return Shipping Costs

    You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s) to us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

    To receive your refund as quickly as possible, please use a trackable shipping service and send us the tracking number. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

    Refund Time Frame

    Once we have received your return and inspected it, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund has been issued. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to fully process with your financial institution.
